1. Fulfilling the buyer's requirements:

To make sure things are good, we help suppliers find the right fabric sources. We also find companies that can give us the fabric we want, on time, and in the right colors and weight.

3. Identify Supplier

We review every factory we work with in two ways. First, we check if they can do the job and if they have the right skills. Second, we make sure they follow the rules for the environment and workers. We also check if they can provide the fabric we want, in the right colors and weight.

4. Sampling

We arrange samples from suitable suppliers according to the buyers’ designs and sketches. Samples for orders and promotional samples sent by suppliers are provided to you at free of cost.

5. Prices

We carefully check the prices suppliers give us. With our knowledge of how things cost in that country, we make sure we get fair and realistic prices from them.

6. Quality Control

  • We test fabric samples to check quality, weight, and color.
  • We ask for color samples and get the buyer’s approval before dyeing the bulk fabric.
  • Before production starts, we get a sample and inspect it closely for size, quality, cleanliness, and how it’s made.
  • We also suggest improvements to make the process better and the merchandise perfect.
  • Our quality checkers visit the factories regularly and do surprise checks to make sure only the right stuff is made, and they reject anything that’s not up to par.
  • When the order is ready, we inspect it the way the buyer wants, and if it’s good, we give it a thumbs-up with an inspection certificate.

7. Follow Up

We keep a close eye on every order, from fabric to clothes to shipping. At each step, we let the buyer know how things are going and make sure they’re updated on their order’s status.

8. Shipping & Cargo Handling

We check shipping documents to make sure they match the buyer’s instructions and send them to the buyer well before shipping. We always use trusted forwarders to handle our cargo. This way, we get accurate information about when the ship will leave, arrive, and can even try to prioritize booking and loading when possible. Sometimes, we group cargo from different suppliers if it makes sense. This helps the buyer import several shipments as one, saving money on shipping, clearing, forwarding, and handling costs. If needed, we can help negotiate special freight rates based on regular orders, which also cuts the buyer’s import expenses.

9. Post Shipment Service

To prevent delays at the destination, we gather copies of important shipping documents, like bills, invoices, packing lists, certificates, and more, from all our suppliers as soon as the shipment is ready. We then send these documents to the respective buyers. If there are any issues or disagreements about an order, we work together to find a solution that works for everyone.
